What we experienced ourselves, but also the one we had our ancestors. Unconsciously affects us and we carry old injustices and pains like boulders. We pamper our pain, we know and it's the only thing we have. What would we, without our stories about suffering?
Without forgiveness, we only hurt ourselves. Our surroundings, relationships, situations, then only mirror us and show what we have in ourselves. Forgive others and above all to themselves - is medicinal and liberating. It is a great gift that we can give ourselves.
