Komunikácia v konflikte

The course is intended for people who find themselves in difficult situations of conflict communication at the level of individuals or groups, or who need to acquire skills on how to intervene in the phase of possible conflict escalation. In the course, we will try to prevent the conflict from developing into an intractable chronic form as prevention. The graduate will know effective procedures for stressful communication in a personal and work context, will understand different models of interventions in disputes.
