🌟 Discover the secrets of effective communication with children
Join our interactive workshop with practical instruments that is led by an experienced mental and relationship coach Dušan Šeb. The workshop is ideal for parents, teachers and therapists who want to strengthen their communication skills with understanding. We will imagine and try tools that help to bring more mutual understanding and support (from short mindfulness exercises to a clear but respecting communication in difficult situations). You will learn how to increase your own resistance to stress and how to effectively manage demanding conversations and challenges of partner and family life.
Through solid foundations, we gradually work out to the practical questions most of us as:
🧡What approach children under 6 years of age - as through exhaustion and tense situations to build a fixed relationship
