Komplexný kurz Bilaterálnej integrácie, 19.-21. 3. 2025, Bratislava

The Bilateral Integration Program (so -called BI Program) is a movement program based on developmental exercises. The author of the program is Shieie Dobie, both. The program was also supported by Kristy Brown and dr. Andrew Dalziell, who continues to actively develop it and very successfully in many countries of the world. When we sit in the bench and listen to the interpretation of the teacher, we often have to make notes. At the same time, we are thinking about what we hear, forced to displace all the disturbing and unwanted influences of the surroundings. We have to remember what preceded what was said a while ago and to be related to what it will be said. At the same time, we usually perform automated movements by hand (eg when writing), eyes (eg when reading), or the whole body (eg in sports, or vice versa in complete motor peace). The truth is that many children, as well as adults, do not have sufficient skills to be able to interconnect cognition (thinking) with motor skills (movement) as efficiently as possible. Either they fail in one or the other. As if one area was at the expense of the other. And this is exactly what we try to change through this great program. Depending on the level at which the individual is located. Many children have weakened auditory processing, sequential memory, it is difficult for them to remember a few behind them, whether in read, written or heard form. They have a slow pace, or they are very distracted and are unable to concentrate sufficiently. There are also children, but also adults who look clumsy, as if they were slower, but they are very intelligent and bright people. homolateral movements, to the cross and then further into the space within all three body planes and the interconnection of both hemispheres at the same time. From relatively simple sets, we can reach extremely complex and complex combinations that require the ability of good concentration, memory, balance, or the integration of several sensory systems. It is necessary to be able to reconcile the mind with the body to function as one well -lubricated machine without squeezing it somewhere.
