Topic of the month: Physical Education - Martin M. Šimečka

At our second meeting, we will delve into the book Physical Education, in which Martin M. Šimečka combines the movement of the body with the movement of the mind. He talks about what running, swimming, tennis or horse riding means to him - and how movement helps us get to know ourselves.

We will talk about

> how we perceive our body in everyday life,
> what physical activity means to us,
> what thoughts the book evoked in us,
> and where, in our opinion, movement meets the inner peace of mind.

It doesn't matter whether you have finished the book or just started - the important thing is the desire to share your observations and listen to others.

Entrance is free for now.
