“What will I find on the other side of everything I know?”
Gabrielle Roth
Peace is where we go when we we move through the wave of 5Rhythms. The fifth rhythm, stillness, is the breath made visible. The state in which we land and return home. Body, heart, mind and soul are aligned and open to receive Spirit.
During this workshop we will focus on creating a space of stillness that allows us to connect with the emotion of compassion.
What is need to be done to become a compassionate being?
Moving silence - a place of being and love that connects, nourishes and heals.
