★ We invite you to RETREAT - "Return to dance". ★
We create a safe space for people who want to try dance in a different form and feel that they are getting little at regular events - little for them.
The Kizomba retreat will be about slowing down and being in the present moment, about greater sensitivity and gentleness towards yourself and others, about realizing what couple dancing is and what role we have in it. Thanks to silence, we will go more below the dance and personality level and we will awaken the sleeping gifts that are hidden in each of us.
► The retreat will be focused on experiences:
● through movement (various relaxation exercises, movement exercises for leading and following /partnering/, improvisation, guided kizomba lessons, daily practice, evening socials, easy hiking)
● through music (guided soundhealing, musicality lessons)
● through conversations (seminars on women's and men's dance, conversations about dance)
● through food (top gastronomy: buffet breakfast, lunch - soup, main course, dessert, afternoon snack and buffet dinner. Saturday dinner will be an experience, tasting. Unlimited coffee and soft drinks)
● through humanity and friendships (you will meet similar attuned people and you will become part of the community)
● through relaxation (without the phone, thanks to silencing the mind we get more into the body, relaxation, in the form in which you want it please)

Registration for the retreat is in dance couples (being a couple in private is just a bonus). The basics of kizomba are necessary for participation. If you do not have them, but you are interested in our offer, you can arrange individual kizomba lessons (also online) as soon as possible before your stay. Also, if you go to stay, for example, two couples who do not form a couple in private, you can split up within the accommodation.

● Veronika Akia - soundhealing< br/>Akia has been working with crystal sound for several years. He has experience in leading sound therapies, he is dedicated to sound alchemy, conducting sound journeys and ceremonies. She has done a lot of collaborations, where the sound holograms she creates helped to maintain harmonious vibrations and assisted in ongoing healing processes, or opened the field of transformation and shift.
Working on herself opened the way to her gifts, it fulfills her energy and creativity. It brought her a new quality of life, freedom, courage to fulfill her potential and especially to live herself and her authentic SELF in everyday life. He works as a personal therapist and guide on life topics. The love of music is her passion, which naturally led her to the creation and production of masterful crystal therapeutic instruments.

A couple who have danced years in couple dancing. A couple who intimately knows the performance level of dance, the falls and also the successes. A couple who was looking for a dance in social dance (salsa, bachata, kizomba) and found it only when they met and everything started to make a deeper sense to both of them and a real image of couple dance began to form, which is about leading and following and not about learned choreography. Which is based on the right mentality, approach, communication and timing.
A dance where a man and a woman create cooperation in gentleness, harmony and mutual respect for each other, but also respect for the dance. Where everyone takes responsibility for themselves and their dance, and dancing together is an experience. Where dance is in balance, in quality, in freedom and purity. Physical, emotional and psychological purity.
A couple who live with dance in their private lives and see its contribution in the creation of male-female dynamics and partner balance in the relationship.
Erika and Michal will pass on their many years of experience in the field of dance and their complex view of couple dancing.

● Clothes in which you feel comfortable. Clothes for dancing, physical activities on the ground and also hiking. Definitely something warm.
● Blanket and mat, if you have one. They will also be available, but it will be more pleasant if we have more. 🙂
● Sneakers and dance shoes, warm socks.
● Fresh breath, deodorant and perfume :)
● Good mood, desire to dance, relax and enjoy the present moment.

The allowance includes all dance lessons, guided sound healing, accommodation for 3 nights, full board and unlimited soft drinks and coffee during the stay.
