Autumn is here, the heat and light are diminishing, the power of nature is returning to its roots.
It is an opportunity for us too, to turn inward, to see how I am, what I need, what occupies my inner space, what is in the unconscious?
And therefore on Friday 8.11. in the evening I invite women and men to wander through my inner landscape.
On the way Dance that leads to each other.
During our daily lives, we often take on different roles and masks and sometimes lose touch with ourselves under them. Sometimes we even lose the direction of where we want to go in life. Thanks to natural authentic movement, we can get back under the individual skins to our core, to the silence of Being, to the center of ourselves. Under all the layers and masks we put on in front of the world or in front of ourselves. Whether it's layers of protection, fear or different roles, such as work, parenting, etc. In dance, we can completely free ourselves and get under all this, to our pure Self. And dissolve in its unity.
Helpers on this journey will be Breath and Conscious Attention. If your mind gets busy with a task, such as watching your breath or focusing on individual parts of your body, you may be able to turn your head off for a while, not think. To be fully in your body and in the present. This is a practice like any other and "practice makes perfect".
I will also accompany you on this journey, with music and words. I work in the moment, the playlist is created in advance, but often also modified on the spot for the needs of the group. The words come in connection, it's actually a kind of channeling for the present moment and the current group. I fully trust and am available that exactly what is meant to come will come through me. I have been accompanying Conscious Dance for many years, in groups and individual therapies, I organize short lessons and weekend seminars.
We will meet on the evening of November 8 in the beautiful and cozy Prostor Na Pomezí Jinonice, at 6:30-8:30 p.m. Price CZK 400. Reservation and payment of a deposit of CZK 200 required.
