Friends, once again after a year, Kalah is dedicating a pro bono punch seminar to you.
The seminar will have two already traditional parts:
1. Correct control of strikes and how to develop striking techniques also through self-study
2. Basic stretching (because without long, functional muscles you won't be able to land those punches)
The seminar is free.
There will be a beer after the seminar and all current, former and aspiring Kalah members are invited !
Registration by email to info@kalah.cz - both for the seminar and for the beer (for those who only want to come to the pub) - I will have to reserve places.
