The practical seminar is dedicated to last farewell rituals that help to cope with the loss of a loved one.
In a kind and open atmosphere, we will discuss topics that are still silent in many families:
the process of leaving (in home care or facilities)
rights of the dying and bereaved (so that we are not manipulated in times of grief)
possibility of meaningful ceremonies final farewells and their self-help creation (from choosing a place, decorations, announcements, music to the organization of the ceremony itself)
natural burials and natural cemeteries (what are the variants of natural burials and the rules at these last resting places)
options transportation of remains (unification of graves) and additional rituals even many years after death
importance of caring for survivors
recovery and recommendations of support organizations and readings
We will discuss everything in the intimate and safe atmosphere of the cozy Aloha yoga studio over a cup of autumn tea and small snacks.
Šárka is a yoga instructor, Reiki and Craniosacral Therapy therapist and also a graduate of the Bereavement Accompanying Course and organization of last farewells.
