Two weeks in South Indian Kerala - the cradle of Ayurveda and spiritual wisdom - will bring time for the body, breath, mind and soul.

We will practice yoga in the morning and evening with Daniela and Sunil - in the rhythm of the breath, in movement and in connection with ourselves.

Workshops are also waiting for you, thanks to which you will understand yoga more deeply:
• cleansing techniques for health and flow energy
• proper asana practice according to body type
• breathing techniques and energy work
• exercises for inner silence and concentration

There will be space for relaxation by the sea, Ayurvedic procedures, trips and silence between the lessons.
Kerala is a green tropical paradise – palm beaches, coconut groves, quiet lagoons and the smell of spices.
Accommodation awaits us at the beautiful Krishnatheeram Ayurvedic Resort, right on the rocky cliff above Varkala Cliff Beach.

Every day in Varkala brings new experiences – from morning dolphin watching, to yoga at sunrise to evening walks on the cliffs, delicious Indian food but also international gastronomy, cafes, shops, markets, music...
