Studio of the Seventh Heaven celebrates 12 birthday and you can celebrate with us!
You will have a day full of yoga, but also 12 days when you can come to our studio, bring a friend and both lessons for half the price!

chakra yoga - celebration of balance and energy
Come to celebrate the birthday of our studio with a special lesson of chakra yoga!
Together we will go through all the main chakras using fine asanas, meditation and pranayama. We will connect the body and mind in harmony and let the energy flow freely.
Suitable for all levels of advanced. Fusion with Viola

The combination of yoga and animal flow creates a complex dynamic lesson aimed at developing movement intelligence, acquiring new motion patterns and releasing the central nervous system.
And we greet the joints. We will also have training with balls to improve observation and concentration.
You will have a quiet and undemanding lesson that is perfect for relaxation after an active day. We will stretch the body together to really feel like in the seventh sky.
