🌳 WE WILL EXERCISE OUTSIDE THIS YEAR AS WELL! Yoga lessons in the park 🧘♀️
Enjoy stretching in the fresh air, get energy from nature and treat your body to professional care.
The lessons are led by an experienced physiotherapist, so you can look forward to healthy movement with an emphasis on correct execution.
📍 WHERE DO WE EXERCISE?
Location: Riegrovy sady, Prague (a short distance from the entrance to the Paradise Garden) - a quiet and level place, without bustle and crowds.
🗓 WHEN DO WE EXERCISE?
We ALWAYS meet on TUESDAY from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
This season we practice on the following dates:
June: 23rd, 30th
July: 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th
August: 4th, 18th, 25th
September: 1st, 8th
(from September 22nd onwards we will continue in hall.)
⚠️ Important info: The lesson takes place only in good weather.
📲 HOW TO REGISTER?
For the first time: Write an email to info@innerlook.eu and include your phone number. I will then add you to our WhatsApp group.
- In the WhatsApp group, all you have to do is let us know every Monday by 5:00 p.m. whether you will arrive on Tuesday.
