About event
Live your Sunday morning according to YOUR IMAGINATIONS.
I cordially invite you to an event that will connect a YOGA lesson with the creation of a VISION BOARD (a board of dreams and visions) for the upcoming year of the wooden SNAKE.
We will start with a yoga lesson, pleasantly warm up the body and in the final relaxation we will already tune in to our wishes, visions and dreams for the new lunar year 2025.
We will intersperse the creation of the poster/board with the most pleasant things: delicious teas , coffee, chocolate, nuts and other "pecking".
There will be an opportunity to share, talk, laugh together.
You will take home your "dream map" and perhaps the feeling of a pleasant time spent with similarly inspiring people.
You can only take a yoga lesson separately.
Reservation: prostor@napomezi.cz
Price: 550 CZK (yoga lesson without vision board 300 CZK)
