Dear ladies,
We invite you to a soft, supportive and enriching yoga evening in a female group. Age or previous experience is not essential - just want to devote time to each other.

What are we focusing on? We combine conscious movement, breath and concentration - because this leads to the flourishing of physical and mental health.

What awaits us? Sew and neck. She will be aware - we won't just lie down. 😊

You will leave the workshop…
