🪷🧘🏼♀️ The spring afternoon will connect yoga practice with natural perfumes, movement with the perception of scents. Experienced yoga teacher Tereza Hof will guide you through asanas inspired by aromas, while Markéta Ptáčníková will introduce you to the basics of perfumery and aromatherapy, with whom you can mix your own custom-made natural perfume.

⬭ introduction and familiarization
⬭ yoga practice (90 min)
⬭ small break, possibility of refreshments in the cafe
⬭ workshop on making your own perfume (120 min), materials on site, everyone takes home a self-made 10ml roll on perfume
