About event

The art of yin yoga
You can meet yin yoga in almost every studio, often as part of dynamic lessons. Yet I keep learning that people are searching in vain for a truly quality yin practice. And we can change that together. I will teach you how to lead a lesson that will not just be a list of positions for your students, but a real experience - a journey to depth, to a subtle body and to inner peace.

These three weekend educational seminars will fill you with knowledge and self-confidence so that you can teach yin yoga in a quality and authentic way. At the same time, they are an invitation to your own rest, self-knowledge and inspiration - they offer a lot of practical information, thanks to which your lessons will become more meaningful, original and lively.

This seminar is now part of a three-weekend educational cycle, which together form a complete basis for yin yoga teachers and is accredited by the Yoga Alliance in the range of 50 hours.

You can get the whole set of 3 weekends for 19,900 CZK, individual educational weekend 7500 CZK. (In order to receive this discounted price, however, it is necessary to complete all three training weekends in one year and pay at once in advance, this offer is canceled if the weekends are booked separately)

I. weekend - 12. - 14. 2. 2027 PHYSICAL BODY
Each body is unique, and therefore it is impossible to look for a universal "correct shape" in a position. In this module we will focus on bone morphology, movement functionality and principles that will help us build a yin yoga practice based on respect for individual anatomy. We will learn to compile lessons according to a specific focus, so that they are meaningful, safe and at the same time open to the variability of human bodies.

II. weekend - 16 - 18 April 2027 ENERGY
In this module we will work with the energy of the body. Yin yoga is closely connected with the philosophy and practice of Chinese medicine. In this module we will discover how the energy of the five elements is reflected in our health and life vitality. We will go through the course of the main meridians in the body, learn to target them through positions and deepen our understanding of how yoga can support the harmony of body and mind in accordance with the rhythm of nature., elements and meridians

III. weekend – 11 - 13 June 2027 EMOTIONS (and BREATH)
Breath is a bridge between body and psyche. In this module we will focus on breathing techniques, working with the nervous system and the subtle layers of our perception. Through the practice of yin yoga and meditation, we will discover how conscious breathing helps us release emotions, transform tension and open space for inner peace and stability. The space will also be dedicated to meditation and working with aromatherapy, which is a good helper when our emotions come up.

You can only come for one individual weekend, three weekends together will give you a quality foundation for teaching Yin yoga.

Each weekend is subsidized by 17 hours accredited by the Yoga Alliance.

Veronika, who is a long-time yoga teacher and also a successful practitioner of traditional Chinese medicine, will guide you through the weekend. You may have already read her book Yin Yoga according to the 5 Elements. Now you will have the opportunity to meet the author in person and learn how to compose a yin yoga lesson in a different way.

You will enjoy the weekend training, learn a lot of new information, deepen what you already know and at the same time relax beautifully during deep yin yoga practices. Do something nice for yourself and at the same time move a little further in your perception and your practice.

Fri 18.15 - 21.15 h, Sat 8.30 - 16.30 h, Sun 8.30 - 14.30 h

Hourly subsidy: 17 hours

After completing each individual course, participants will receive a certificate.
