The retreat is a traditional meditation meeting with the opportunity to try different types of meditation techniques. It is suitable for both beginners and those who already have experience with meditation and would like to deepen their practice. According to the program, we will focus on singing meditation, Zen walking and sitting practice. During the retreat we observe peace and silence. Kong-an talks with the teacher are also part of the retreat.
Entrance: 8:30-8:45 a.m., novices from 8:00 a.m.
End: 4 p.m.
Venue: Fortna - Hradčany Monastery of the Discalced Carmelite Order, Hradčanské nám. 3/184, 118 00 Prague 1
Bring: comfortable long loose pants suitable for sitting meditation, socks, ideally plain or plain clothes, change of shoes
Meals: not provided, there will be a break to eat your own food.
