About event
The secluded is a traditional meditation meeting with the possibility to try different kinds of meditation techniques. It is suitable for both newcomers and for those who already have meditation experience and want to deepen their practice. According to the program, we will focus on meditation of singing, zen walking and seating practice. During the seclusion we follow peace and silence. The seclusion also includes consulting interviews with the teacher.
Input: 8: 30-8: 45 hours, newcomers from 8:00 pm The entrance is directly from the street
: comfortable long free pants suitable for sitting, socks and ideally monochrome or bland clothing
Mating: once daily common vegetarian food
