Jan Motal: Fotosyntéza 8mm

Ecological film workshop with Jan Motal. Ecological thinking in the film through working with an analog film camera format 8 mm. Without a script, overproduction, with respect for natural light, a specific place and body as a tool of perception.  The workshop includes the basics of filming on the Admira 8IIa camera, collective shooting and induction in plant developers, cooked from the herbs found on the spot. "Recycle - Reuse - Upcycle." The workshop connects practical experience with ecological principles in cinematography - slowness, contemplation, technical ascension - and creates a short film etude as a form of environmental dialogue.
