During my life I have learned a selected set of types of behavior, attitudes, opinions, emotional reactions, habits, skills, associative memories, conditioned reactions and perceptions that are programmed in my subconscious.

95% of what makes up my identity is a sequence in the subconscious of stored programs that have become automated. If the body remembers more than the mind, so the body is the mind, I call it a habit.

Most of my activity during the day is automated and unconscious. My body and subconscious do the thinking for me most of the time. Movement, emotions, thoughts are programs in my head. What do I actually think about all day?

Wakefulness is apparent, my conscious mind has almost no connection with my behavior. The moment I have a thought, feeling, or reaction, my body runs on autopilot. I pass out.

But my waking thoughts are not in a vacuum, with each one a biochemical reaction occurs in my brain. The brain sends a message through neurotransmitters, neuropeptides and hormones to the body, it processes the message and sends it back. I can program myself, I can create new neural connections, I can reshape my body and mind. I am a placebo.
