Interesse fällt nicht vom Himmel – wie Mädchen MINT für sich entdecken

A panel talk about role models, experiences and real approaches to MINT (mathematics, computer science, natural sciences and technology)

Interest does not fall from heaven - how girls discover MINT for themselves

Why do some children become interested in technology at an early age - and others don't?
And what does it really take for girls to find their own approach to MINT?

In this panel talk we talk about how interest in MINT actually arises - not theoretically, but from practice: from school, study, work and personal experience.

Together with our panel guests Let's take an honest look at it:

• Which experiences shape access to MINT?
• What role do role models really play?
• And how can we as parents, teachers and society create spaces in which girls can try out and grow?

The focus is on real stories, perspectives and concrete impulses - not perfect CVs, but paths that give courage.
