In the fall, you have a unique opportunity to experience a 5-day intensive workshop of the kinēsa® method in the Czech Republic, created by renowned lecturer and therapist Lavinia Plonka (USA).
Lavinia combines more than 40 years of experience in the field of The Feldenkrais Method®, somatic movement, work with emotions, neuroscience, breath and conscious attention. She is an incredibly vital, funny and inspiring woman — and every meeting with her is a deep and very alive experience.
🌿 What is kinēsa®?
The kinēsa® method works with movement, perception, emotions and the nervous system. It gently but very effectively helps to bring a person back in touch with himself.
It is not about performance. It's not about "correct exercises". It's about experience.
The ability to feel your body again, perceive your own needs, regulate stress and discover more lightness, vitality and inner stability.
The workshop connects:
▫️ meditative somatic movement
▫️ work with breath and attention
▫️ emotional regulation
▫️ current knowledge of neuroscience
▫️ inspiration from spirituality and mythology
▫️ principles of The Feldenkrais Method®

It is suitable for everyone — no previous experience or special physical condition is required. At the same time, it can be very beneficial for therapists, movement instructors, coaches, guides or people working with the body and personal development.

▫️ a basic entry to a possible kinēsa® certification
▫️ and can be counted as 25 hours towards RSME – ISMETA accreditation.
🌍 The workshop will be international and interpreted into Czech.
