Join us for a heart 🧡centered community dinner & a night of Indigenous Native storytelling. Bring your favorite dish, share an ancestral story & give yourself a moment to slow down with your Himmapan familia.
This month’s 🕉️✨🤍✨☮️
ELEVATE YOUR FATE - RE:INDIGENATION event is an opportunity to honor Indigenous Native perspectives. An open safe space for truth seekers to learn from our panel of Storytellers. Reflect on the true Native history of this season & usher in a sense of renewed gratitude towards the land & our ancestors.
We will have a wild harvested Turkey roasted & ready to share alongside a few side dishes. Proceeds will go to our Indigenous storytellers & help jump start the Himmapan Intercultural Wellness Community Cafe fundraising. These contributions help us maintain an accessible wellness sanctuary where everyone is welcomed to gather, heal, & grow in community.
This is an invitation for truth seekers who desire an experience beyond the typical holiday narrative, step into the essence of what this season is truly about. We see you, we love you and we invite you… to Elevate Your Fate!
TIME / ADDRESS:15 NE 18th Ave. Portland OR. Nov 28th Friday 5:00pm doors open, come when you can as you are. You are welcome to go and come as you please.
YOU WILL RECEIVE:
❣️Conscious community potluck.
❣️Native storytelling Indigenous wisdom.
❣️New friends that feel like familia.
❣️Limpieza de tu espíritu - sacred smudging
and channeled prayer (optional)
OUR SCHEDULE:
5:00 Doors Open, Cafe open for drink orders.
5:30 Opening ceremony, introduction of storytellers.
6:00 Community blessing of the meal.
6:15 Dinner
6:45 Story telling begins with Presenters
7:45 Community discussion & healing
8:00 Open mic community sharing
8:30 One on one smudging available with ÅjÂ. Community clean up
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
❣️ An open heart & grateful mind.
❣️ A potluck contribution.
❣️ To-go container for leftovers.
❣️ Comfortable clothes, to relax in.
❣️ Socks/slippers. This is a shoe free space.
EXCHANGE: Sliding scale $20 to $45.
