Radmila Iblova - THE LANDSCAPE OF HUMANISM by Saint Francis of Assisi: Spirituality, path, art.

As part of the project “On the paths of Francis”, conceived by the Italian Cultural Institute of Prague for the celebrations of the eighth centenary of the transit of Saint Francis of Assisi, the architect Radmila Iblová will hold a conference dedicated to the theme of the “Landscape of humanism”.

Starting from the figure of Saint Francis and the strong link between spirituality, landscape, art and journey, the meeting will offer a look at the landscape as a central place of European civilization and source of inspiration for medieval and Renaissance art.

The route will cross historic Tuscia and the Franciscan places that contributed to the birth of a new figurative language, which spread from Florence to Prague at the court of Charles IV, leaving an important mark in the cultural identity of the two cities.

The conference will be accompanied by a musical moment by the female vocal group Cantio, made up of five musicians specialized in the medieval repertoire linked to the Franciscan tradition and pilgrimage songs, in harmony with the theme "On the paths of Francis".

The project „Po stopách Sv. Františka“, který připravil Italský kulturní institut v Praze u příležitosti oslav 800. výročí úmrtí úmrtí svatého Františka z Assisi, vystoupí architektka Radmila Iblová s přednáškou věnou tématu „Krajina humanismu“. a putování, nabídne pohled na krajinu jako na ústřední místo evropské civilizace a zdroj inspirace pro středověké a renesanční umění.

Přednáška providede historickou oblastí Tuscia a františkánskými místy, která I'm sure you'll see the new jazyka, as soon as you get to Florencie in Prahy na dvůr Karel IV. a zanechal významnou stopu v kulturní identitě obou měst.

Součástí večera bude také hudební vystoupení ženského vokálního souboru Cantio, tvořeného pěti hudebnicemi specializovanými na středověký repertoár spojený s františkánskou tradicí a poutními zpěvy, v souladu stématem „Po stopách Sv. Františka“.
