Ideme naživo! Svadba v umení

Sunday offline afternoon dedicated to the topic Weddings in art in the premises of the Zichy Palace in Bratislava.

Right in the wedding hall, a lecture Wedding in art awaits visitors with art historian Katarína Bajcurová, who will describe how artists in the past depicted the wedding theme and what they wanted to express with it. From Jan van Eyck in the 15th century to Marc Chagall in the 20th century. It will also explain how Full's work Peasant Wedding (1947) became the model for a real wedding in Žilina, which was transformed into a "living play" by the artist Alex Mlynárčik in 1972.

The event continues in the courtyard of the Zichy Palace with a flower workshop led by florist Adam Prommer from Kvetinárna, where the flower bunch will be made.

There will be no missing music, refreshments and a pleasant wedding atmosphere. Without mobile phones and in a pleasant environment.
