Once upon a time, poor and small craftsmen lived here. Despite being destroyed many times, always like a phoenix from the ashes, it was rebuilt. Various artists and outcasts of the previous regime have been moving into the small, damp house since the 1960s, who live here in very modest conditions, sharing a common toilet, heating with coal in winter, for which they are rewarded with an almost idyllic, rural environment in the center city, away from the prying eyes of uninvited visitors.
