The tone of communication between trade unions and employers is gradually changing. Tensions are rising in some sectors - teachers, doctors, railway workers, employees of the public administration and car companies. The demands of trade unions are increasing and the HR departments of companies often find themselves between two millstones - between the management and the demands of the employees. For example, the issue of equal pay for men and women resonates more and more in the discussion. Where does constructive dialogue end and struggle begin? Can modern trade unions be part of the HR strategy, or just its opponent?
