Accept a cordial invitation to a weekend course with a holotropic breathing method in Prague.

We will meet around 14 participants.

There are often international participation in our seminars, so they are always linguistically adapted so that all participants understand and understand them. In international participation, most seminars are in English, if it suits everyone, or with a continuous translation into Czech, according to the individual needs of the participants.

This course does not include accommodation.

(For a limited number of participants there is a simple sleeping in a common area on mattresses at the seminar venue.)

This 1.5 -day Holotropic Breathing Workshop opens up space to start the spontaneous self -examination and self -healing process, and offers The opportunity to contact the roots of any emotional or psychosomatic problems that sometimes accompany us with life. During the workshop, each participant undergoes two experiences with holotropic breathing (one in the role of breathing, one in the role of "sitter"). During these experiences, we will be able to enter into a state of widespread consciousness in a safe and supportive environment where our intuitive wisdom meets with the natural ability of transformation. The holotropic process spontaneously leads our experience to those contents of the subconscious mind in which an emotional charge is bound and which are also ready to experience and subsequent integration.
