🔎 The male voice often remains unused - not because it was not strong, but because he was not used to talking about what he felt. Education, social roles and pressure on performance lead to suppression of emotions. The voice then loses its natural power and sincerity. The voice can be a way to release this tension - safely, without evaluation, without having to explain something. This was imprinted in their voice. But today we know that the ability to talk about what we feel is a sign of inner strength, not weakness.

🔎 It is not more about talking. It's about talking more true. When a man finds a safe space where he can show what he feels, he often combines for the first time in a long time with his natural force - calm, grounded, real.
