🍂 The autumn wind brought to the regional library a rare exhibition of the herbarium of the Renaissance scholar and physician Mattioli from the 16th century 🌿
The opening of the exhibition is accompanied by a lecture of the same name by the author Ida Girašková, who will introduce us to the fascinating world of historical botany 🌸 We will meet on Thursday, November 6, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. at the Science Department of the library on Slovenská 18.
The exhibition was created on the occasion of the 300th anniversary of the birth of the monk Cyprian from the Red Monastery and will last until December 31, 2025.
📖 Admission is free for readers with a valid card, €1/person for the public.
