Haunt Me is a post -punk band from Austin, Texas, founded by a singer and multi -instrumentalist Darius Davil. Their music, influenced by groups like Joy Division and The Cure, mixes melancholic melodies with introspective lyrics reminiscent of Nick Cave, creating an emotionally resonant sound landscape. Their songs deal with the topics of desires, despair and complexity of love, often wrapped in captivating guitar lines and the etheric synthesizer layers. Compositions such as "Please Stay" and "Watch You Bleed" have reported a wide response and each of them gained more than a million playing on Spotify, testifying to their growing fan base and influence.
