Evening yoga lessons in an intimate circle of 6-7 practitioners.
Exercises that can improve physical and mental health. Emphasis is placed on functional movement, breathing and calming the mind. The practice is suitable for everyone, regardless of age or physical condition.
Lessons are led by certified yoga instructor Klára Fránková.
