Early Bird: 148 EUR (until 9.3.2025)
Regular: 168eur (from 10.3.2025) technique. Using improvisation assignments we examine different movement qualities and body possibilities, we also focus on movement variations through which we acquire the foundations of the technique of contemporary dance. In addition to individual work, we are looking for new terms of expression through working with a partner and group. - 19:00 h. /10 lessons

Lecturer:
Mgr. Art Kristína Strečková: She won her professional dance education at the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava and continued in her education to The Northern School of Contemporary Dance in Leeds (UK). He has many years of experience in learning children, students and adults. She worked at elementary art schools in Bratislava, Trnava and Nitra. Also at the conservatory of Dušan Netena in Trnava. She founded the amateur dance group Divertída and in 2010 the civic association Has. She had an honor of being at the birth of an integrated dance group just so that brought her a new view of working with the human body. In 2013, Power Yoga Instructor was awarded the certificate, and as an instructor she works in several places. In his pedagogical practice, the Council uses the knowledge of the anatomy of the human body to streamline the quality of movement, improvisation as a means of self-knowledge, self-commenting and, in particular, experimenting and drawing inspiration from each Individuality.
