Arabov, which, in turn, used motifs from Alexander Green’s story “The Gray Car”. Yu.N. Arabov read and approved the script for the play, written by Alexander Erofeev.

The play takes place in St. Petersburg in 1913 and 1917 - at the breaking point of historical eras and in anticipation of a catastrophe. The basis of the plot is the tragedy of an artist who considers it his mission to “correct” reality and compete with God. The novelty of the performance is that this conflict is projected onto the processes taking place in society.

In our chamber theater hall you can clearly see and hear from any place, so the seating is free. Before and after the performance there is a theater buffet in the foyer.
