The Corporate Cultivator program includes nine modules.
The principle: learning by doing. You experience learning and making alternately. This reduces the inhibition threshold for concrete transforming into the organization. Experienced trainers and coaches support you. An important part of the program is the master's thesis, which shows the strategic and transformative approach of cultural development in operational practice. The bridge is built into practice through the master thesis and the transfer of knowledge is used by the theory to make 100%.
With the innovative agile sprint learning method, which was further developed with the Fraunhofer IAO, we enable you to cultivate self-controlled co-creative learning from teams. This can be achieved promptly with the participation of employees.
The program concludes with the Goodplace certificate.
