We discuss different terms that the lifestyle and discrimination structures in the psychosocial work context

In the workshop we discuss different (subject) terms, the lifestyle and discrimination structures behind it. For example, we ask ourselves: What does Queer mean? What is the difference between sexual and romantic orientation? What does CIS mean? Are all non-binary people trans? What is intersex? Do you look at people their identity? We also turn to subject -specific questions: How can I speak and act respectfully? How do I deal with queer adolescents, adults and colleagues? How do I deal with queer hostility? What is my role as a teacher, pedagogue, social worker or psychology? What is my role as a work colleague? The training takes 4-5 hours and is a room for information, questions and exchange. There will be input, self-reflection and practice in the context of school and other pedagogical-psychosocial work areas.
