About event
DUE TO GREAT INTEREST, WE ARE ADDING ANOTHER SHOW AT 4:00 PM ❗️🐎
Didn't manage to get tickets for the evening show? We are adding a second matinee show in the afternoon due to great interest! The same energy, pompous melodies and atmospheric jams, but that time on a summer afternoon in Štvanice. Similar to the evening set, the afternoon set will last two hours, starting on July 3rd at 4:00 p.m. at Bike_Jesus.
After the first show, there will also be an outdoor area at Bike_Jesus where visitors to the afternoon and evening concert can meet. A small summer hang between two sets. Sounds very nice to us. 🫰

✫ Clippings from glossy magazine pages, wild collages of themes and melodies. Geordie Greep is coming to Prague with the album The New Sound, the first solo recording after the breakup of black midi. Sometimes pompous melodies and jazz madness, sometimes atmospheric jams and gently told stories. Last year's album moves between polyrhythms and alt-pop motifs.

✫ New era and new sound. British musician Geordie Greep embarks on a wild journey into the world of music and the twists and turns of how changeable it can be on 𝐝𝐭 νếờ ֿღღღ. The previous year's album was created on two continents, partly in Brazil, where local musicians participated in its recording. The record retains the elemental energy of jamming, dynamically jumping between whispers and bursts of energy.
✫ The audience finds itself in cafes, cabarets and strange museums, among improbable stories, where parodies and sermons merge. "The main theme of the album is hopelessness; someone who pretends that he has everything under control, but he really doesn't," adds Greep.
