If origin decides the future, potential remains unused - with consequences for young people as well as for companies. In times of a shortage of skilled workers and pressure to innovate, equal opportunities are not a “nice-to-have”, but a central success factor. It only arises through the interaction of education, business and civil society.

Insight into the impact of buntaž

At the beginning we proudly present our impact report: What we have done and achieved since we were founded in 2023 - including voices from the network, without which buntaž would not exist would.
