About event
After his much-acclaimed musical direction of the Vienna Festival, Fuzzman just went into hiding. Was on the mountain. Unreachable. Shortly gone. Ponder. Then he came down from the mountain and he noticed; “It’s been 20 years!” 20 years of Fuzzman!
The short creative break, after the extremely high number of hits of the last few years with all of their successful side trips, was fruitful. When it comes to side quests, in addition to the festival weeks, the double curation of the Popfest, his own mountain festival Fuzzstock and numerous excursions into the film and television world as a soundtrack composer should be mentioned. But the actual main street was also well traveled by the busy booty Carinthian.
The last three albums “Welcome to Nothing”, “Finally Reason” and “Hands away from Everything”, all released in the last five years, were a trilogy in which the artist Zamernik found himself anew; became more serious and urgent. Add to that the crazy eclectic work that preceded it with its confusing mix of soul pop, indie disco, noise folk, Carinthian songs and hits.
It had been a long and dazzling journey. There was never a goal. And now it's time to look back for the first time, before new adventures await. This is supposed to happen with 20 years of Fuzzman. Fuzzman goes on tour and plays a potpourri of classics and ricochets, obscurities and hits. Then the future begins...
