About event
🇬🇧 INFO (🇨🇿 čeština níže):
What makes a dance look smooth, grounded, and effortless?
👉This workshop is all about the simple yet essential elements that transform your movement — even if you're already dancing regularly.
We’ll dive into:
🤩Muelleo – the natural bounce that gives flow and softness
🤩Weight transfer – moving with intention and control
🤩Dancing on the metatarso – for better speed and lightness
These details may seem small, but they’re the key to:
💪making your dance more visually appealing
💪executing fast movements without looking rushed
💪feeling more connected to the music and your body
🧐Ideal for dancers of all levels who want to refine their base, bring more expression to their dance, and feel great while doing it.
Join us on August 17th at 13:00 and let’s build movement that feels (and looks) good from the ground up.💪😎💃
