Karlsplatz and its architecture have shaped life in Vienna for centuries. Come along on this exciting guest tour in the heart of Vienna!

Sometimes the otherwise tireless vixen leans comfortably and leave the field to their wonderful co-foxes: with Ilse you may have already explored Beethoven's Vienna and the time of the Vienna World Exhibition and with Selin the 15th district and the state hall of the National Library.

Today it's "curtain up" for my fox buddy Wolfram, who you may still know from my sunny live stream from Linz! Wolfram has a favorite place in Vienna: Karlsplatz, one of those inner-city places that everyone here knows but that people usually don't give much thought to. Apart from the annual Christmas market, there is so much to discover and talk about here. ✨

The square lies at the foot of almost iconic buildings that reflect around 300 years of architectural history , is the “home” of composers and inventors and a giant owl, water-spewing frogs and a whale “fish” also feel at home here. In addition, Karlsplatz is also an urban space that is filled with life around the clock by young and old. 🧛🏻‍♂️

So it's time, with Wolfram's help, to take a closer look at the facades and the stories behind them. This will be an exciting new journey of discovery in the middle of Vienna! 🍻
