Who would have thought that? What started as an experiment has become a movement. A movement for more honesty & authenticity, more courage, more entrepreneurship, more together, and the insight that behind every success there is a failure story that is worth sharing.

Without fuckups, there are no learnings. Without learning, there is no progress. And without you? No fuckup nights.

🎙️ Alexander Gerund – Partner & Co-Founder at okay bueno
A huge customer order forced his small studio to grow. His first hiring fail: A team of top performers who couldn't possibly work together. His second: A team that loved each other but did absolutely nothing. The Brutal Lesson About "Growth Pain"

🎙️ Ross Reekie - Meaningful Work Expert
As an expert in "meaningful work" he lost meaning in his own. He crashed into burnout, but the real fuckup was: Even two years later, with a doctor's warning and a small child, he was stuck in the same pattern. Until the moment when he screamed loudly on the plane: "My work isn't awesome!"

WTF are fuckup nights?

Setbacks and fuckups are part of (working) life. They are part of success and rarely mean the end. So mistakes are a great teacher and that's exactly why we have dedicated ourselves entirely to removing the taboo around failure with the Fuckup Nights.

We want to make our contribution in our authentic way to establishing a positive error culture in Austria.

With this in mind, we are hosting three speakers who have failed with a project, a business idea, a startup, privately, politically or in some other way. The speakers each have 10 pictures and 10 minutes to present the fuckup and, above all, the important learnings from it.

Behind our Fuckup Nights is the Failure Enthusiast and founder of the Failure Institute, Mag. Dejan Stojanovic.
