💠The spirit of Friday is the spirit of rebirth. The old week ends, a new one begins. Do we enter it cleansed through the gate of meditation and defragmentation of body, mind and spirit?
💠With the blessing of the ancient guides of mankind: Zen meditations of conscious breathing (zazen), kindness meditations (metta), qigong exercises of earth and heaven (yin and yang), kundalini yoga and chakra cleansing (tala-yukta), chanting of mantras, dharana and medicine songs with a shamanic drum (my medicine drum Buddha in the photo) / other drums and instruments (whatever someone brings).
