Liberate from fear to be seen and heard in authentic self -expression
Come and try freestyle rap into the hip hop beat and discover your voice and boundaries of your comfort zone. This event is not only about rap improvisation, but also about self -development and overcoming your own fears and limits.
To some extent, we know the feeling of a tightened abdomen or neck, shaking legs and fear of manifesting ourselves in front of a group of unknown people. Moreover, in a situation where we do something for the first time and do not feel confident enough in the activity. Those situations where we want to say loudly our truth, communicate our needs or set boundaries, and instead we say nothing and let ourselves be silent.
We have prepared for you two Tuesday evenings, where in a safe and supporting environment you will be able to stand up to your strength and afford to be seen and heard in your authentic expression. Using proven techniques, I will guide you through fear to allow you to experience fulfilling experience of rap improvisation. This workshop is about expanding the comfort zone, overcoming yourself and realizing your own beauty and uniqueness. Plus, it will be a lot of fun! You can look forward to demonstrations of freestyle rap by lecturer, Adam Antoš A.K.A MC Magilion and also to support and energy of a friendly audience. Let us be surprised, because maybe a special guest will come.
