Francois Couperin - Royal Concerts
At the beginning of the 18th century, Francois Couperin composed for the Sunday entertainment of the French King Louis XIV. and his court four suites of Royal Concerts. We will present his work at the concert on Monday. On the stage of the B. Martinů Hall of Prague's Lichtenstein Palace on Malá Strana, the music will be uniquely complemented by the Epochal Dances dance ensemble with original choreography created according to period principles.
