Inspiration: The role of inner development for the future of education
Before the challenge of not only preparing people professionally, but also humanly for a complex world. Competencies such as self -reflection, mindfulness, meaning orientation and relationship ability - so -called life competencies - are becoming increasingly important. They form the foundation for responsible action in school, profession and society. The Inner Development Goals (IDGS) are also presented - an internationally recognized frame of reference that describes which internal skills are necessary to coping with global challenges.
The second part offers a practice -oriented introduction: How can internal development be encouraged in concrete terms? It is shown, among other things, how the digital tool rflect scalable reflection processes is already possible and is already successfully used at numerous educational institutions.
Another focus is on the personal founding history of NIELS Rot: How to get an idea of getting concrete implementation - just then, just then, When it comes to human and social transformation? What inner skills do you need to rethink and design educational areas?
In an open exchange, space is to share challenges, experiences and ideas. Together it is explored how internal development can be integrated sensibly - regardless of resources or institutional framework.
