We are rounding off the Founders Advice this semester with an on-site funding special imWU Start-up Centeroff!
It The same applies as with any Founders Advice: Get valuable feedback during a free consultation. No matter whether it's the first idea for a project or an important decision for your start-up - we take an "outside view" of your upcoming challenge and advise you.
It's one binding registration. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration in good time and enable others to participate!
For the funding special this time we have 4 players on board - experts in the area of financing & promotion are. We have experts from Austria Wirtschaftsservice (aws), Erste Bank, the Research Promotion Agency (FFG) and < strong>Wirtschaftsagentur Wien on site.
By registering for a slot you can get advice at all stations. There will be 4 stations between which you can move freely.
Austria Wirtschafts Service (aws):
The Austria Wirtschaftsservice (aws) based in Vienna, acts as a development bank for the Austrian federal government. It is an Austrian federal development and financing bank that provides grants, loans and guarantees to finance projects worth almost 11 billion euros (2008). The aws focuses on four different areas: technology and innovation, equity and capital markets, funding and financing as well as research and development management services.
Erste Bank:
The Erste Bank is an Austrian bank based in Vienna. It was founded in 1819 and is now part of Erste Group Bank AG, which operates in several countries. Erste Bank offers a wide range of financial services, including deposits, loans, insurance, asset management and investment banking. The bank is also active in financing renewable energy and sustainable projects. Erste Bank is one of the largest banks in Austria and has a strong presence in Central and Eastern Europe.
Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG):
The Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG) is the national funding institution for business-related research and development in Austria. The FFG is the one-stop shop for business-related research and development in Austria and has the goal of strengthening Austria as a research and innovation location in global competition. It supports competitiveness, facilitates or enables the financing of research and innovation projects and makes a significant contribution to generating new knowledge and being more competitive on the global market. The FFG offers various funding programs, including the research bonus.
Vienna Business Agency:
The Vienna Business Agency supports companies and start-ups that want to settle or invest in Vienna and advises on business issues. The agency was founded in 1982 by the City of Vienna, the Central Savings Bank of the Municipality of Vienna, Erste Bank and the Raiffeisen Zentralbank. The agency's focus is on the areas of information and advice, business location, business space, office space, expansion, funding programs, research and technology, start-ups, innovative products and services, internationalization, creative industries, sustainability, local supply and business revitalization as well as shared facilities. The Vienna Business Agency offers services and network contacts and is aimed at founders and young companies as well as existing companies of all sizes.
