About event
Join us for a inspiring evening diving into Flight Levels® collecting insights and sharing knowledge with fellow enthusiasts!
The Flight Levels® Flight Club Vienna is a free space for practitioners, leaders, and change agents who want to improve how work flows across organizations.
No matter if you’re new to Flight Levels® or already experienced, what matters most is your willingness to reflect, share, and learn. Our topic this time:
Culture eats Strategy for Breakfast
- How can FL (FL3) help?
- What conditions are needed within organisations to achieve this?
- What kind of leadership and culture are required?
- What ROI can they deliver?
This brings us to a topic that was raised by you at the first Flight Club Vienna event, and which we think will be of interest to many. We are looking forward to a interesting session.
