• Block 2: Surfing transformation as a prevention logic - Impulse: Surfing transformation principles & mental model, small steps instead of feats of strength. Exercise: Recognize change zones (What needs to remain stable? Where is movement necessary?), clarity about change that can be controlled

• Block 3: From activism to controllable movement – Impulse: Incremental planning under uncertainty, leading instead of resolving areas of tension. Exercise: Minimum Viable Change on participants' real issues, concrete surf moves for everyday life
• Block 4: Leadership in permanent movement - Impulse: Leadership as an anchor of stability, simplifying decisions, psychological safety in change. Exercise: Reflect on leadership roles in constant change, personal leadership reflection image
• Block 5: Systematically increase transfer & crisis resilience – Surfing Canvas: 3 structural levers, 3 leadership routines, 3 stop-doing decisions. Personal 90-day transfer plan

16:00-16:30 | Conclusion & Outlook
